This is a new position to our IT department.
The position will create and maintain an project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation utilizing life cycle methodology and software. Coordinates deliver of development (beta) and productive releases that meet quality assurance standards. Assists technical team with design and development tasks and creating test plans and efforts.
Maintains a timely, effective, and responsive line of communication that focuses facilitation on project definitions, scopes, goals and deliverables. Requires proven background in achieving deliverables through others and working with various company roles and levels of responsibility. The ideal candidate will establish standards and procedures for IT project management with clear expectations for delivering project goals. A high level of business acumen is necessary to establish credibility with other department heads and other department participants to align and coordinate all efforts to company objectives.

Hiring salary range: $74,158 - $88,000
Proven ability to effectively drive project team activities
Highly developed coordinating, negotiation, follow-through, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
Highly developed ability to identify and resolve project barriers.
Knowledge of budget implications for each stage of the project.
Maintains knowledge-base of new technologies and business methods/tools that can facilitate project completion.
Meets deadlines and communications project benchmarks.
High School Diploma or Associates' Degree AND a minimum of five years PM experience with a minimum of 3.5 years leading and directing project PLUS 35 hours of PM education OR 4-year degree AND a minimum of 3-years PM experience, 2 years leading and directing projects and 35 hours of PM education Valid Driver's License Acceptable driving recordEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
